The
STS Pre-Departure Trip Cancellation Benefit provides you the right to cancel your trip for any reason up until 24 hours prior to scheduled departure time except for "no shows" and "no show" related cancellations ("no shows" include passengers who arrive at the airport or gate too late to travel or who fail to have the required proof of citizenship). Simply call 1-866-875-4565 no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure for Air/Hotel Packages and any time prior to initial check-in date for Hotel Only Packages (see below for additional details regarding how to file your claim). Your Benefit is effective once your travel package and the All Inclusive Resorts Travel Protection Plan are paid in full.
The following non-refundable costs, charges, exclusions, and deductions apply to your cancellation:
- The price of the All Inclusive Resorts Travel Protection Plan.
- Occupancy surcharges. Occupancy surcharges may result if the number of individuals occupying a room changes. For cancellations 30 or more days prior to scheduled departure, the remaining travelers are responsible for paying occupancy surcharges. For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to scheduled departure date, occupancy surcharges for the remaining travelers will be deducted from your refund.
- Miscellaneous fees and charges. Any fees or charges not directly related to your travel package such as reinstatement fees, change fees, etc.
Trip Cancellation Claims — Contact All Inclusive Resorts at 1-866-875-4565. All Inclusive Resorts will then forward you the appropriate form that must be completed by you. This form must be received by All Inclusive Resorts within 21 days of your cancellation. Failure to contact All Inclusive Resorts will forfeit your plan reimbursement. Refunds for cancellations will be made in the same form as the original payment and will be reduced by the items outlined above. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receipt of completed and approved All Inclusive Resorts forms and/or documentation.
Payment of All Inclusive Resorts Travel Protection Plan — Your cancellation right is not effective until your travel package and the All Inclusive Resorts Travel Protection Plan is paid in full to STS. Under no circumstance can the All Inclusive Resorts Travel Protection Plan be added after you have made final payment for your travel package.
All Inclusive Resorts provides the STS Pre-Departure Trip Cancellation Benefit. The All Inclusive Resorts Travel Protection Plan is non-transferable and must be repurchased if you want to have coverage on amended reservations. The Travel Protection Plan may not be added after trip has been paid for in full.
The All Inclusive Resorts Travel Protection Plan may not be purchased within 7 days of departure.
